INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers, please note our policy on international purchases. If you choose to order products from Reproductive Wellness and ship them outside the United States, we will do our best to minimize the risk of customs seizure by completing the paperwork properly, and we will work with you as best we can should your order be held up. However, we will not be able to provide a refund or replacement product if your order is not released by customs authorities. Further, you will be responsible for the payment of any import duties due on the shipment and will be notified of such by the shipper. By shipping an order to an international destination, you agree to assume all risk associated with customs seizure as well as all taxes or duties due on your products purchased from Reproductive Wellness.

If you purchased digital products and you encounter issues accessing your download page, downloading files, issues with file format, unlocking PDF files, or if you need your DiGi code, Report your issue or request download access here.

IMPORTANT: If you request a DiGi code, or download page access, you must provide the date of your purchase, the product you purchased, and the name and email used to make the purchase. This information will be verified against the purchase record before access will be provided.
